and made a record with 15 wins. The club also played in the Intertoto Cup, and the next year they played in UEFA Cup. In 2002, he worked at FK Rabotnichki Kometal again. From 2003 to 2009 he was a head coach of the Macedonian U-21 national team. He was also the coach of the Macedonia B team in 2005. On 16 May 2009, Jonuz was appointed as a head coach of the Macedonian national team, replacing Slovenian Srečko Katanec. He was a head coach until June 2011. From 2012 to 2013 he was also a coach in FC Nea Salamina, Cyprus. From 2014 to 2015 he was a technical director of FC Horizont Turnovo. From 2018 to 2019 he was a head coach of FC Aiginiakos Greece.
